The Paste Link Command

Create data links between documents as easily as you cut and paste. When you change Paste Linked data in source documents (spreadsheets, text documents and presentations) all linked data in target documents (spreadsheets, text documents and presentations) will update automatically.  

As you change quarterly financial results in a spreadsheet, the Paste Link command automatically applies that update to all other memos, reports, presentations, worksheets, text and graphics with the same source data. Now you can synchronize your entire project, replacing data as you type. End those late night hunt and replace expeditions

Documents & Binders

Working with documents and binders in EIOffice is the same as working with documents and files in any other Office suite. If you have used a spreadsheet program before you are already familiar with the basic concept. A spreadsheet stores multiple worksheets in a single file, EIOffice goes one step further allowing spreadsheets, text documents and presentations to be stored together in single file which we call a binder.
