1. What superiority does NeoShine Office have over the other Office?
A: First of all, cross platform. Our Office can be used simultaneously under the Windows and Linux operating system, with the exact same functions. As we are using the standard XML file format, a no-barrier file sharing among all office software can be realized when XML file format is supported by all office software in the near future.

2. What are the merits of basing on XML file format in NeoShine Office?
A: XML is the developing trend in the international standard file format. It uses a type of unified markers to mark all information text written content, picture and format . It is viewable, similar to the natural language marker, extremely easy to understand and remember, and extremely scientific. If the file formats of all Office software can comply with the stipulated rules in XML, then all file formats in Office will be mutually compatible. That is, A can open a file edited and saved with B. Similarly, B will also be able to open a file edited and saved using A, without requiring any other extra operations to completely achieve the re-creation, with no loss of any content and format.

3. What are the functions of the ¡°master document¡±?
A: Master document is a tool to combine multiple edited files. For instance: I am a chief editor with a team of three editors each editing different files. I create a master document and connect the files edited by the other three editors to my file. I can then open my master document each morning when I come to work and do a refresh to view the changes done by the other editors. I can also include my own content in my master document, and even open and edit their files. Therefore, the master document is actually very valuable.
